Tom has always had a strong desire to set up a real estate consultancy in his own image – based on passion, innovation and creativity. He’s driven by the fact that the buck stops with him and that his clients’ objectives are so aligned with his own. Tom has known his business partner, Philip Hunter, for over thirty years and the trust between them is a key foundation for their business.

He is a specialist in the Thames Valley office market, acting for landlords, developers, investors and corporate occupiers. Tom prides himself on seeking innovative solutions to give his clients the edge in whatever they are trying to achieve.

Tom’s great escape from work are his wife and two kids, and family in Lincolnshire and Bath. He’s an outdoor person who loves skiing, Cornish holidays and long walks with his Spaniels.

Philip co-founded Hatch Real Estate in January 2021 with Tom Fletcher, who he previously worked with at Lambert Smith Hampton for 18 years.

He has worked as a commercial property agent in the Thames Valley for 24 years, building up a wealth of experience acting for a wide range of clients, including pension funds, property companies and private individuals.

His primary focus is on purchase, sale and leasing of industrial & logistics property, development land transactions across sectors, as well as sale and acquisition of investment opportunities.

Philip loves skiing with his wife and two children. To help unwind, he enjoys walks with their Labradors (whatever the weather), or getting out on the road bike (mainly if good weather…).

Charlie joined Hatch in December 2021 after previously working with Tom and Philip at Lambert Smith Hampton. Charlie has worked in the Thames Valley office market for over 10 years, with experience along the M4 corridor from Chiswick to Newbury.

His experience ranges from working on some of the Thames Valley’s key office disposals such as Green Park, Thames Valley Park and The Blade to acquiring office space for local, national and international occupiers. Charlie’s focus is to provide the best commercial value for his clients and offers bespoke advice to ensure his clients achieve their real estate and business objectives.

Aside from property, Charlie is a keen tennis player and active 1st team member for Reading’s Caversham Tennis Club. His other passions include fitness, wellbeing and traveling.

Arabella joined Hatch RE in 2025 and works across both office and industrial instructions, managing a mix of acquisitions and disposals throughout the Thames Valley. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, she is focused on delivering tailored advice and exceptional outcomes for clients at every stage of the process.

She began her career in commercial property in 2019 and has specialised in the Thames Valley market since 2022, building strong local knowledge and trusted relationships across the region.

Arabella is passionate about providing a thoughtful, high-quality service and thrives in Hatch RE’s collaborative, client-focused environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys good food and sunny weather, ideally at the same time.
