We’re thrilled to have acquired a 5 acre site at Greenham Business Park in Newbury, on behalf of Ashford Developments.
Planning has already been secured for a high spec industrial & logistics scheme, thanks to the streamlined process provided by the Local Development Order.
Work will start on site next month to deliver 2 units – 79,500 sq ft and 46,500 sq ft – with PC due Q1 2023.
