With just one floor remaining, we thought it fun to share The Brick Works pre-practical completion film. A lot of fun was had working with the incredibly talented Tom (street artist) and Simon at Aukes Media – the day even included a visit from the police who didn’t believe we had permission (hence the siren at the end of the film)🚨🚓😂

Anyway, we’ve obviously saved the best floor (plug and play top floor 3,750 sq ft) ‘til last with access to the roof terrace with views over Reading and the station.
