Reading’s tallest building, The Blade, enjoyed a healthy 2022 after a more normalised year following the pandemic years. The iconic 128-metre-tall landmark in central Reading, offering high quality office space with breath-taking vistas, secured three new lettings including; Occuity (4,370 sq ft), TrustID (5,876 sq ft) and IBB Law (4,500 sq ft).

The building also welcomed some special visitors on the roof this summer in the form of two Peregrine Falcons. They reared three chicks in a strategically placed nesting box.

Nick Turner is the Asset Manager at The Blade; “It’s been fantastic working with some of our existing occupiers to facilitate their expansion processes within the building as well as welcoming some new faces to the building as we head into 2023.”
